Descrizione del lavoro
Role overview
This opportunity is for experienced cybersecurity professionals who want to support AI development while working remotely on a flexible schedule. The role focuses on helping improve advanced AI systems by checking whether their security-related outputs are accurate and useful in real-world situations.
You will collaborate with modern AI models on tasks such as reviewing AI-produced security content, solving technical security challenges, and sharing feedback that helps refine how the systems reason about threats and defenses. Some contributors do this alongside another full-time job, while others treat it as their main work.
After creating an account, you will complete a short assessment that acts as the selection step. If successful, you will receive confirmation by email and paid projects will be made available through the platform.
Responsibilities
- Check AI-generated cybersecurity material, including threat analysis, vulnerability reviews, and offensive security methods, to confirm it is accurate and practical.
- Create and solve security-oriented technical tasks that are used to train AI models.
- Produce clear technical write-ups and security-related code.
- Share feedback that helps improve future AI security systems.
Qualifications
- You should have at least 2 years of practical experience in cybersecurity, such as penetration testing, red teaming, incident response, detection engineering, DFIR, malware analysis, threat intelligence, or related work, including government or military cyber operations.
- Some programming experience is required, and you should be comfortable navigating and making changes to an existing codebase.
- You need strong English fluency at a native or bilingual level, along with solid writing ability.
- A bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- Relevant certifications such as OSCP, CRTO, GREM, GCFA, CEH, or similar are considered an advantage.
Compensation and contract details
Payment is hourly, with rates starting at $50 to $100+ per hour, and some projects may include bonus pay.
This is an independent contractor arrangement. Compensation is processed through PayPal, and you will never be asked to pay any money.
Work style
You can choose the projects you want to take on and decide when to work. The job is remote, and you work from your own computer at home on your own schedule.
Location and eligibility
This role is available only to applicants in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Ireland, Australia, and New Zealand.
