Role Overview

The company is hiring a Technical Architect with 10 to 14 years of relevant experience to design and lead enterprise integration solutions. The role focuses on building secure, scalable architectures and guiding development teams through implementation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Architect and deliver secure, scalable integration solutions across enterprise platforms using iPaaS tools such as Dell Boomi, MuleSoft, and Workato.
  • Convert business needs into technical designs and integration blueprints.
  • Guide implementation work and provide technical direction to delivery teams.
  • Enforce integration governance, architecture standards, and best-practice compliance.
  • Create a reverse-engineering approach for legacy systems or platforms with limited documentation.
  • Diagnose difficult integration problems and drive root-cause analysis with corrective action planning.
  • Prepare and maintain detailed documentation for architectures, configurations, and integration flows.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 10 to 14 years of experience in enterprise integration, middleware, or platform architecture.
  • Practical experience with iPaaS solutions including MuleSoft, Workato, Dell Boomi, and Apache Camel.
  • Working knowledge of Java, Python, JavaScript, and frameworks such as Spring Boot and Node.js.
  • Strong understanding of AWS and Azure services, including databases, integration components, caching, and CI/CD support.
  • Experience with REST and SOAP API design, data transformation, and workflow orchestration.
  • Hands-on exposure to microservices design and distributed systems architecture.
  • Experience with MongoDB and DynamoDB, along with data modeling for high-throughput environments.
  • Knowledge of event-driven systems using Kafka, RabbitMQ, or cloud-native messaging services like SNS/SQS and EventBridge.
  • Ability to design workflow orchestration engines and manage stateful processes.
  • Understanding of real-time data movement, streaming pipelines, and transformation at scale.
  • Familiarity with API gateways, service mesh technologies, and secure service-to-service communication.
  • Strong grasp of integration patterns such as pub-sub, request-reply, event sourcing, and saga.
  • Experience with Docker and Kubernetes for deploying distributed applications.
  • Knowledge of resiliency patterns such as retry logic, circuit breaker, idempotency, dead-letter queues, and replay.
  • Exposure to low-code or no-code workflow platforms and orchestration layers.
  • Interest or experience in AI-assisted workflow integration, including LLM APIs, tool orchestration, and human-in-the-loop processes.
  • Understanding of security practices such as OAuth2, JWT, encryption, and API protection.
  • Ability to tune performance and improve scalability for high-volume transaction systems.
  • Experience in hybrid environments spanning on-premise and cloud systems such as ERP, OMS, WMS, and CRM.
  • Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, and Kubernetes monitoring stacks.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to lead teams effectively.
  • Working knowledge of Git, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.
  • Integration or cloud certifications will be considered an added advantage.
