Role overview
LOGISTICA 100 STRESS is looking for a Junior Analyst to assist with day-to-day logistics and operations analysis in a part-time, remote role. The position focuses on gathering and checking operational data, producing simple reports and dashboards, and helping uncover trends, unusual variances, and process delays.
What you’ll do
- Collect operational data and verify it for accuracy before it is used in analysis.
- Build basic reports and dashboard views for routine tracking.
- Support the identification of patterns, performance gaps, and workflow bottlenecks.
- Maintain spreadsheets and databases used for ongoing reporting.
- Update key performance indicators and keep records current.
- Assist senior colleagues with ad hoc analysis tasks and presentation material.
- Work with operations, customer service, and finance teams to share reliable information for business decisions.
- Follow internal procedures and documentation standards consistently.
What we’re looking for
- A solid foundation in analytical thinking, including the ability to interpret data, spot trends, and communicate insights clearly.
- Comfort working with spreadsheets and entry-level data tools such as Excel or Google Sheets; exposure to BI platforms or SQL is an added advantage.
- Good planning and time-management ability, especially in a remote part-time setup where priorities may shift.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for summarizing findings and working with different teams.
- High attention to detail and a careful approach when handling data, reports, and records.
- Ability to learn quickly, work within structured processes, and ask for support when needed.
- A bachelor’s degree in progress or completed in Business, Logistics, Economics, Data/Business Analytics, or a similar field is preferred.
