About the Role
You’ll be joining a long-established, family-operated business that has a significant footprint in the betting sector and delivers IT support to a wide estate of shops throughout the UK and Ireland.
What You’ll Do
- Offer day-to-day IT assistance for a chain of betting shops.
- Diagnose and resolve issues affecting both hardware and software.
- Help keep systems up to date through maintenance and upgrade work.
- Work as part of an IT team located at the company’s head office.
What You’ll Bring
- Previous exposure to IT support or a similar technical role.
- Good troubleshooting ability and practical problem-solving skills.
