Role overview
Wagamama is built around freshly prepared food, quality ingredients, and dishes cooked to order. In this kitchen porter position, you will support the smooth running of the kitchen by keeping the space clean, orderly, and ready for service, allowing the chefs to stay focused on creating bold flavours.
What you'll do
- Maintain a clean and tidy kitchen at all times so it is ready for service.
- Wash pots, pans, tools, and equipment to keep the cooking area fully operational.
- Replenish cleaning materials and let the team know when stock is running low.
- Support the kitchen with simple preparation tasks when required.
- Work in line with health and safety procedures to protect yourself and the wider team.
