Role Overview

The company is hiring a full-time Learning Consultant for elementary and middle school programs. In this role, you will guide parents, respond to questions, and recommend the most suitable courses for their children. The position requires clear communication, fast problem-solving, and a thoughtful approach to client support.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete training to gain a strong understanding of the company’s learning programs and parent/student needs.
• Respond to questions about course options, schedules, teaching approach, and enrollment steps.
• Reach out to prospective families through phone, email, and social media to present programs and explain their value.
• Build trust with parents by learning about their children’s academic needs and matching them with appropriate offerings.
• Plan and carry out weekly and monthly enrollment goals, while improving conversion of leads into enrollments.
• Track performance results and adjust outreach and consultation methods to improve outcomes.
• Work closely with academic, marketing, and operations teams to keep enrollment and program delivery aligned.

Schedule and Work Arrangement

This is a remote full-time role with a weekly commitment of 30 to 40 hours. Evening and weekend availability may be required. There is also potential for conversion to a full-time exempt position based on performance. The intended start date is as soon as possible.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree is required; a background in teaching or education is preferred.
• At least 1 to 2 years of experience in education, sales, or customer service is preferred.
• Fluency in both English and Mandarin is required, along with strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Interest in education and student success, with a caring and empathetic approach toward parents.
• A strong sense of urgency, professionalism, and the ability to stay solution-focused while meeting deadlines.
• Flexibility to work 30 to 40 hours per week, including evenings and weekends when needed.
• Strong collaboration, initiative, and problem-solving ability.
