Role summary

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Brantford, Ontario. The Logistics Supervisor will be responsible for day-to-day logistics operations, inventory oversight, and coordinating the timely distribution of products to customers.

Key duties

The role involves leading logistics personnel, setting and managing delivery timelines, keeping inventory records accurate, and supporting a smooth order fulfillment process with a strong focus on customer experience. You will also work with different internal teams to improve efficiency, strengthen operations, and help the business achieve its goals.

Qualifications

Applicants should bring strong leadership ability, along with the capacity to guide, coach, and organize team members effectively. Solid knowledge of operations and inventory control is needed to keep workflows running efficiently. Good communication and customer service skills are important for both client satisfaction and team coordination. Experience maintaining inventory accuracy, reviewing processes for improvement opportunities, and solving problems with close attention to detail will be valuable. Familiarity with logistics or inventory software is considered an advantage, and previous work in logistics, warehousing, or a similar environment is preferred.

Working details

This is a full-time role requiring 35 or more hours per week.

Compensation

The pay rate for this position is $36.50 per hour.
