Overview

This full-time maintenance role is based onsite in Stuart, Florida. The position is part of the restaurant team and is focused on keeping guest-facing and crew areas clean, safe, and well maintained. The schedule is flexible, and the employer emphasizes that employees should feel valued and supported.

Compensation and Benefits

• Hourly pay starts at $16.25 and can go up to $18.47, with additional cash incentives.

Key Duties

This position plays an important part in day-to-day restaurant operations. The maintenance team member helps keep the location running smoothly and supporting a positive customer experience.

• Keep customer and employee-accessible spaces clean, orderly, and well maintained.
• Receive incoming deliveries and help restock needed supplies.
• Carry out regular maintenance tasks and safety inspections on equipment and building systems.
• Help maintain food safety and storage practices at a high standard.
