Role Overview
The campus is seeking a Manager for Academic Administration in Haridwar, Uttarakhand. This position carries responsibility for coordinating the day-to-day academic support functions that keep the university running smoothly. The role serves as a key connection point between academic departments, students, and central administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with departments to plan academic calendars, class timetables, and examination schedules.
- Keep student academic information accurate and up to date, including enrolment, grades, attendance, and transcripts.
- Share academic rules, schedules, and policy updates with students and faculty in a timely manner.
- Help organize admissions, orientation activities, examinations, and convocation/graduation events.
- Liaise with faculty members and department heads on curriculum planning, course allocation, and teaching workload distribution.
- Monitor adherence to university policies and statutory obligations, including AICTE, UGC, NAAC, and similar bodies.
- Administer academic ERP tools and maintain data quality across departments.
- Support internal audits, accreditation-related work, and required academic reports.
- Respond to student academic enquiries, complaints, and support requests.
- Contribute to academic planning, policy formulation, and ongoing process improvements.
