Role Overview

Adani Airport Holdings Ltd is seeking a Manager for Corporate Communication based in Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala. The role is focused on strengthening the organization’s public image, aligning communication with business goals, and ensuring consistent messaging across internal and external channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and execute integrated communication plans that support business priorities and strengthen the company’s reputation.
• Guide the corporate communications function in delivering PR initiatives, media engagement, and internal communication programs.
• Handle outward-facing communication work such as press statements, media responses, and official announcements.
• Act as the organization’s spokesperson and build constructive relationships with media houses, industry partners, and key stakeholders.
• Plan and manage crisis communication approaches to safeguard the company’s image during sensitive or urgent situations.
• Track market developments, competitor moves, and media coverage to identify communication opportunities and risks.
• Work closely with teams across the business to keep messaging aligned with brand standards and organizational goals.
• Advise senior leaders on communication strategy and support employee communication that helps build a positive workplace culture.
• Evaluate the impact of communication campaigns and refine future plans using performance data and feedback.

Qualifications and Experience

• A bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or a related discipline is required.
• A master’s degree or MBA in Communications or a closely related field is preferred.
• Professional certification in Public Relations or Corporate Communications will be considered an added advantage.
• Applicants should bring 8 to 12 years of experience in corporate communications, ideally within the airports sector.
• Experience in planning and executing effective communication strategies is essential.
• Hands-on exposure to crisis communication and issue management is required.
• A well-established network among media outlets and industry influencers is preferred.
