About the role
This position is focused on improving and governing global e-commerce product information so it is accurate, complete, and ready to perform well in search, AI-based discovery, and regional markets. The role supports launch readiness across puma.com and works closely with cross-functional teams to keep product data aligned with business needs.
What you'll do
- Organize product information so it is optimized for search visibility, AI-enabled discovery, and structured indexing.
- Refine product titles, descriptions, and specifications to better match search intent and structured data standards.
- Make sure product content is prepared for geo-targeted visibility across different regions.
- Own the completeness and accuracy of product data across puma.com and ensure items meet global readiness expectations before launch.
- Work with Merchandising, Content, and Product Creation teams to define attribute standards, validation rules, and taxonomy frameworks.
- Track data quality, spot missing or inconsistent information, and resolve issues with upstream partners such as Product Creation, sourcing, and regional teams.
- Collaborate with the Product Activation team to enable on-time launches and ensure marketplace readiness.
- Use AI and automation to improve enrichment, identify errors, and increase efficiency through tools such as automated attribute completion, anomaly detection, and assisted copy or data generation.
What we're looking for
- At least 4 years of experience in e-commerce operations, product data, or digital catalog management.
- Hands-on familiarity with PIM systems, data validation processes, and taxonomy management.
- Knowledge of SEO principles and structured data practices.
- Exposure to automation tools, scripting approaches, or AI-supported data enrichment methods.
- Strong analytical ability and comfort working with structured datasets and dashboards.
- Prior experience in retail or sportswear fashion is preferred.
