Mid-Level Interior Designer

Role Overview

We are hiring a Mid-Level Interior Designer to contribute to a developing design team in Dubai, UAE. The role suits someone who enjoys shaping distinctive interior environments and brings both technical capability and strong presentation ability.

Key Responsibilities

• Create interior design ideas from the initial client brief through to final delivery.
• Build mood boards, curate material selections, and prepare client-facing presentation packs.
• Develop BIM models and detailed construction documentation in Revit.
• Produce realistic visual renderings with 3ds Max and Corona Renderer.
• Draft floor plans, reflected ceiling plans, elevations, sections, joinery details, and material schedules/specifications.
• Liaise with architects, MEP consultants, project managers, and site teams to keep work aligned.
• Visit sites as needed and verify that the design vision is implemented correctly during execution.
• Examine shop drawings and review material submittals.
• Support FF&E selection and assist with sourcing materials.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in Interior Design or Interior Architecture is required.
• Applicants should have 3 to 5 years of professional interior design experience.
• A strong portfolio is needed, particularly with residential, hospitality, commercial, or luxury fit-out work.
• Advanced working knowledge of Revit, 3ds Max, and Corona Renderer is essential.
• Working familiarity with AutoCAD and Adobe Photoshop is expected.
• Strong communication, presentation, and cross-functional coordination abilities are important.
• The ability to handle several projects at once and deliver within deadlines is required.
• Prior UAE experience will be considered an advantage.
