Role overview
Chandler is looking for an organised and proactive Office Manager to join the Grand Falls-Windsor, Newfoundland and Labrador branch. This position supports day-to-day office and branch operations in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Key duties
- Assist the Branch Manager with a range of operational tasks
- Handle daily deposits, stock reconciliations, and petty cash payments
- Keep office supplies stocked and organised
- Prepare purchase orders for branch-related spending
- Arrange travel and coordinate events
- Respond to questions from internal teams and external contacts
- Take on additional office-related tasks as needed
What we are looking for
- Demonstrated background in office administration
- Trade certificate or diploma is required
- Strong ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
- Good interpersonal skills and a positive, can-do approach
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office applications
- Strong time-management skills
Salary
The salary range for this role is $40,000 to $50,000 per year.
