Operations Analyst - Google Workspace

About the Role

This is a remote contract opportunity for an Operations Analyst focused on Google Workspace. The work involves improving operational efficiency, strengthening collaboration, and supporting AI training initiatives through structured analysis and clear documentation.

Compensation & Commitment

The role pays between $63 and $119 per hour and requires a commitment of 10 to 40 hours each week.

Key Responsibilities

• Review current operational processes and identify ways to make them faster, more consistent, and more efficient using Google Workspace.
• Work with the client team to uncover process gaps and improve how people collaborate in Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides.
• Share detailed observations and organized feedback to help with AI training tasks, with an emphasis on useful, real-world data.
• Prepare and maintain documentation for procedures and best practices so information stays clear and easy to follow.
• Audit data and workflow outputs to confirm they are accurate and aligned with required standards.
• Assist with day-to-day operations and help resolve issues related to Google Workspace tools.

Requirements

• You should have prior experience in operations, process improvement, or a closely related function.
• Advanced hands-on knowledge of Google Workspace is essential, especially Docs, Sheets, and Slides.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are required, along with excellent attention to detail.
• You must be able to assess complex workflows and turn findings into practical recommendations.
• Good organization and documentation abilities are needed, particularly when managing several priorities in a remote environment.
