Operations Analyst - Microsoft Office

About the Role

Crossing Hurdles is seeking an Operations Analyst to contribute expert-level insights into Microsoft 365 tools, with a particular emphasis on Word, to support AI training initiatives. This contract role is fully remote and requires a commitment of 10-40 hours per week. The analyst will be instrumental in refining operational workflows and ensuring data integrity.

Role Responsibilities

• Provide expert-level input and feedback on Microsoft 365 tools, specifically Word, to enhance AI training projects.
• Analyze and document existing operational workflows, identifying areas for enhancement and optimization.
• Collaborate with various teams to share insights, clarify project needs, and develop best practices for efficient workflows.
• Conduct audits of data and documentation to ensure they meet accuracy, consistency, and project standard requirements.
• Utilize Google Workspace applications such as Docs, Sheets, and Slides for collaborative documentation and reporting purposes.
• Proactively identify potential operational issues and propose effective solutions to streamline processes and support the development of AI systems.

Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in operations-focused roles, with a proven track record of successful process improvements.
• A Bachelor's degree in a relevant academic discipline is mandatory.
• Demonstrated expertise as a power user of Microsoft 365 suite, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, and Outlook.
• Advanced proficiency in Google Workspace, encompassing Docs, Sheets, and Slides, is essential.
• Strong capabilities in documentation, data auditing, and workflow analysis are required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary for effective remote collaboration.
