Role Overview

The Operations Assistant will support coach scheduling and day-to-day workforce coordination for youth sports programs across Canada. Key Responsibilities

  • Create, update, and maintain weekly coaching schedules across several programs and regions in Canada.
  • Allocate staff based on coach availability, certifications, travel needs, and program demands.

  • React promptly to last-minute cancellations, absences, and clashes in scheduling.
