Role overview
Supergreen is introducing a fresh new food and beverage concept built around fruit juices, smoothies, and cut fruit. The company is seeking a practical, experienced operations leader who can help shape the brand from its earliest stage and turn ideas into a working outlet model.
This position suits someone with a background in juice, smoothie, fruit bar, café, or broader F&B operations who enjoys building systems, improving processes, and guiding teams while staying involved in daily execution.
Core responsibilities
- Take the lead on preparing and launching the new brand.
- Create, refine, and document standard operating procedures for smooth outlet operations.
- Develop new recipes and product ideas for smoothies, fresh juices, fruit bowls, and related items.
- Identify ingredient sources and assess suitable suppliers and equipment.
- Build practical kitchen layouts and workflow processes that improve efficiency.
- Set and maintain standards for food preparation, hygiene, quality control, and food safety.
- Hire, train, and oversee outlet team members.
- Track stock levels, food cost, wastage, and staff productivity.
- Make sure customers receive consistently high-quality products and service.
- Assist with opening new outlets and drive ongoing operational improvements.
Experience and requirements
- At least 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in smoothies, fresh juices, fruit bars, cafés, or the F&B sector.
- Previous involvement in launching a new outlet or brand will be a major plus.
- Strong working knowledge of preparing smoothies, juices, and fresh fruit products.
- Proven ability to create SOPs, recipes, and operational workflows.
- Good understanding of food hygiene and food safety practices.
- Comfortable taking initiative, working independently, and handling tasks hands-on.
- Strong leadership abilities with solid troubleshooting and decision-making skills.
