Role Summary

The Outlet Manager is responsible for the smooth day-to-day running of a retail or hospitality outlet. The role focuses on operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, revenue growth, team supervision, and compliance with company standards.

Banana Island Resort Doha by Anantara, Doha, Qatar.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily outlet activities, including start-of-day and end-of-day procedures.
• Track stock levels and make sure replenishment happens on time.
• Lead, coach, and support team members to maintain strong service standards.
• Prepare work schedules and review employee performance.
• Respond to customer issues quickly and in a professional manner.
• Keep the outlet environment welcoming and customer-friendly.
• Support sales growth by achieving targets and encouraging add-on sales and promotions.
• Ensure safety, hygiene, and company policy requirements are followed consistently.
• Compile regular reports covering sales, costs, and staff performance.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in business, hospitality, or a closely related discipline is preferred.
• Applicants should have 2 to 5 years of experience in a managerial role within hospitality.
• Strong leadership, communication, and planning skills are required.

Additional Information

This role is based onsite in Doha, Qatar. The position is offered as a full-time job.
