About the Role
Oath is hiring a Performance Marketing Coordinator to help expand reach and engage new audiences through high-impact digital marketing. The role centers on data-led campaign execution, ongoing experimentation, and improving growth outcomes across multiple channels.
This position suits someone who enjoys working with performance data, continuously refining campaigns, and contributing directly to business growth. The company emphasizes effective work, autonomy, accountability, and meaningful impact over routine busyness.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up, oversee, and improve paid campaigns across search, social, display, CTV, and related digital channels, with a strong focus on return on investment and measurable growth.
- Manage campaign budgets carefully and use performance data to guide spending decisions and reduce inefficiency.
- Create and run coordinated multi-channel marketing plans that maintain consistent messaging, audience targeting, and measurement across platforms.
- Perform keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor reviews to uncover new opportunities for improvement and scale.
- Track campaign results on a daily basis, identify meaningful patterns, and share clear recommendations for better performance.
- Review CRM connections, email marketing flows, and automation setups to improve operational efficiency and support lead nurturing.
- Design and run A/B tests on ad creatives, landing pages, bidding approaches, and audience targeting while applying conversion rate optimization best practices.
- Maintain accurate tracking through pixels, UTM tags, and Google Tag Manager so attribution and reporting remain reliable.
- Use analytics platforms such as Google Analytics and HubSpot to understand behavior, funnel performance, and campaign attribution, then turn findings into actionable reports.
- Spot process bottlenecks and efficiency gains proactively, and present solutions that improve revenue and lower costs.
- Work closely with the design team to produce engaging ad creatives and effective landing page experiences.
- Support broader marketing planning by contributing practical, data-backed insights.
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a closely related discipline.
- At least 2 years of experience in performance marketing or growth marketing.
- Proven ability to plan, manage, and improve digital campaigns with a results-focused, ROI-driven approach.
- Practical experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and other major advertising platforms.
- Working knowledge of conversion rate optimization methods.
- Comfort using A/B testing tools and testing frameworks.
- Strong analytical ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make sound recommendations.
- Experience developing and executing multi-channel strategies that align performance across channels.
- Understanding of pixel setup, UTM tracking, and tag management systems such as Google Tag Manager.
- Ability to use analytics tools like Google Analytics and HubSpot.
- Clear communication skills with the ability to explain complex marketing ideas simply.
- A self-directed approach with the ability to own work, move independently, and look for efficiency improvements without being prompted.
- Collaborative working style and comfort partnering with cross-functional teams.
- Strong organization and the ability to handle several projects and deadlines at once.
- Preferred experience includes writing performance-oriented marketing copy, understanding SEO fundamentals, exposure to programmatic or broader display advertising, and experience in a startup or fast-moving environment.
