Role Overview

Earth Reservoir for Oil & Gas (EROG) is looking for a seasoned and well-organized PMO Manager to help drive a major industrial manufacturing development in Saudi Arabia. The position is based in the Eastern Province and requires an immediate start.

This opportunity is centered on building a new manufacturing facility from the early concept stage through construction and commissioning. In this role, you will set up the project management office, keep different teams aligned, monitor progress, and make sure work stays on track with the approved timeline, budget, and business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and run the project management office structure for the initiative.
  • Build and update integrated schedules, milestone trackers, and reporting frameworks.
  • Coordinate cross-functional work across engineering, legal, licensing, finance, construction, procurement, and operations.
  • Monitor deliverables, action points, risks, and key decisions throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Prepare dashboards, progress updates, and management presentations for internal leaders and stakeholders.
  • Lead project meetings, capture minutes, and ensure follow-through on agreed actions.
  • Compare actual project performance with approved plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Support collaboration with contractors, consultants, and suppliers.
  • Organize project files, documentation, records, and governance processes.
  • Contribute to the creation of project procedures, controls, and reporting practices.
  • Spot schedule-related risks and suggest mitigation measures.
  • Promote smooth and effective communication across all project participants.

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management, Business Administration, or a similar field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in project management, PMO, project controls, or industrial project execution.
  • Background supporting large-scale industrial, manufacturing, energy, or infrastructure projects.
  • Working knowledge of planning and scheduling software such as Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project.
  • Strong ability to produce reports, documentation, and presentations to a professional standard.
  • Advanced command of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
  • Fluency in English; Arabic proficiency will be considered an advantage.

Preferred Qualifications

  • PMP certification is preferred.
  • Experience on greenfield industrial developments is an advantage.
  • Exposure to MODON, MISA, SIDF, industrial licensing, or major construction projects in Saudi Arabia is desirable.
  • Familiarity with project governance, risk oversight, and project controls is beneficial.

Additional Information

This is a full-time, on-site position in the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia. The role begins immediately.

The opportunity involves supporting a major industrial manufacturing project and contributing to the setup and coordination of the PMO function from the ground up.
