Key Accountabilities

Requirements

  • Advanced SQL skills and familiarity with modern analytics stacks such as BigQuery, dbt, Metabase, or similar tools.
  • Solid understanding of statistical techniques, including hypothesis testing, bias detection, and experiment design.
  • Hands-on experience designing, running, and interpreting A/B tests and product experiments.
  • Experience creating event-tracking schemas and working with engineering teams on instrumentation.
  • Ability to independently identify meaningful analytical opportunities and carry them through to completion.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to turn complex analysis into clear, decision-ready recommendations.
  • Strong product judgment and the ability to influence roadmap decisions using data-backed reasoning.
  • Experience with behavioral segmentation, cohort analysis, and advanced retention modeling.
  • Python knowledge for analysis is beneficial, especially with pandas, scipy, or statsmodels.
  • Exposure to causal inference methods or experimentation platforms such as GrowthBook, Statsig, or Eppo would be an advantage.
