  • Work with the project team and Lead Engineer during handover to verify the final contract and confirm deliverables.
  • Prepare, update, and execute the Project Execution Plan and Quality Plan where applicable, including risk assessment, in alignment with the relevant business unit.
  • Build the project team structure, clarify responsibilities and interfaces, and ensure team members are empowered within their roles.
  • Monitor KPIs continuously and act quickly to protect financial, schedule, quality, and safety targets.
  • Review project risks and opportunities on an ongoing basis and follow through on agreed actions.
  • Provide status reports to both management and the customer on a regular basis.
  • Develop and control the master schedule and manage float to support on-time completion.
  • Lead customer claim management when required.

  • Drive continuous improvement by reporting non-conformities, customer complaints, and closing projects with documented lessons learned.
  • Align customer technical needs with engineering and tender teams for scope and manpower planning.
  • Occasionally prepare, submit, and follow up quotations for the company’s products and services based on local market needs.
  • Help establish a local supply chain to support regional operational requirements.
