Role Overview

Chapa-De Indian Health is hiring its first Project Manager to help create and formalize a project management function from the ground up. In this role, you will guide strategic initiatives, contribute to clinic growth efforts, and manage work that improves healthcare access and community health outcomes.

Compensation

This position pays an hourly rate of $47.20 to $55.93.

Key Duties

  • Plan, coordinate, and carry through strategic projects that support organizational goals and priorities.

  • Manage the project portfolio, including intake, prioritization, assignment of resources, and status reporting so efforts stay aligned with strategic needs.

Qualifications

  • A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a closely related area, or an equivalent mix of education and experience.
  • PMP, CAPM, or another relevant project management certification.
  • At least 3 years of progressive project management experience, including delivery of complex and strategic initiatives.
  • Working knowledge of project management methods such as Waterfall, Agile, Kanban, Six Sigma, and Lean.
  • Intermediate-level experience using project tools such as Smartsheet, Asana, and Trello.
  • A current valid driver’s license, active vehicle insurance, and a DMV report in good standing.
