Role Overview
An urgent opening is available for a Project Manager with a mechanical engineering background in Noida, Uttar Pradesh. This is a full-time onsite position offering a fixed CTC of 60,000 to 80,000 per month, along with standard benefits. Candidates from anywhere in India may apply.
The role is intended for professionals who have personally delivered engineering projects from execution through commissioning, rather than only monitoring tasks in spreadsheets. The ideal candidate will have managed fabrication-driven equipment projects and worked with industrial systems such as pressure vessels, heat exchangers, boilers, or comparable equipment.
Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for running engineering projects from the point of order transfer through dispatch and final commissioning. The position requires managing more than three projects at the same time while keeping delivery on schedule.
You will coordinate closely with design, production, procurement, and quality assurance teams, while also handling direct communication with clients and participating in technical discussions. You will be accountable for project timelines, budget control, and overall execution quality.
Experience and Technical Expectations
Applicants should bring at least 5 years of experience in mechanical project execution. A background in heavy engineering, equipment manufacturing, or oil and gas is important, along with practical exposure to fabrication and industrial equipment projects.
Hands-on site commissioning experience is required. Familiarity with ASME and IBR standards is also expected, and the candidate should be comfortable using project management tools such as MS Project or Primavera.
Who This Role Is Not Suited For
This position is not appropriate for candidates whose experience is limited to IT, software, civil construction, or telecom. It is also not a fit for professionals who have only handled planning or coordination without execution responsibility, or for those who have not worked on fabrication-based industrial equipment projects.
Compensation
The offered salary is a fixed monthly CTC in the range of 60,000 to 80,000, plus standard benefits.
