In this role, you will contribute specialist engineering knowledge to help projects meet scope, timeline, quality, and budget expectations while supporting the company’s focus on innovation and reliable execution.

What you will do

  • Take ownership of transformer projects from handover to completion, tracking progress and stepping in with corrective actions when delivery starts to drift.
  • Work closely with internal teams, stakeholders, and external suppliers to keep communication clear and collaboration effective throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Compile and share regular project updates, while also spotting risks and issues early and building practical mitigation plans.
  • Follow the organization’s project management approach, quality expectations, and compliance rules, and contribute ideas that improve processes and tools used by the team.
  • Maintain safe work practices for yourself and others and follow both company and customer health and safety requirements at all times.
  • Make sure all activities comply with relevant internal procedures, external regulations, and established guidelines.
  • Support the company’s core values of safety and integrity by acting responsibly and looking out for colleagues and the business.

Experience balancing several projects at once in a busy environment is important, along with solid analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making ability. Prior exposure to a global or multinational corporate setting will be an advantage. Strong English fluency is required.
