About the role

Gartner is seeking a Recruiter to play a key part in building the talent that supports the company’s growth. In this position, you will partner closely with business leaders to identify, attract, evaluate, and place strong candidates across assigned business units. You will also have the opportunity to witness the progress and success of the people you help bring on board.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, screen, and align candidates with defined role requirements and open positions within the assigned business units.
• Build a strong understanding of hiring needs by developing effective working relationships with hiring managers.
• Use a broad range of recruiting channels and apply creative sourcing approaches to find suitable talent.
• Maintain and use candidate databases and tracking systems to manage sourcing activity and hiring progress.

Experience and skills needed

The role calls for a recruitment professional with 4–7 years of experience in either corporate or agency hiring. Success in a target-driven or metrics-based talent acquisition environment is important, along with excellent planning, organization, and time management abilities. A strong results orientation and determination to deliver outcomes are also essential.
