Position Overview
This role is for a dependable and highly organized Booking Coordinator who will help clients manage scheduling and reservation needs. The position centers on handling booking requests, keeping information well organized, and making sure the coordination process runs smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle client booking requests, schedule coordination, and reservation details.
- Speak with clients to collect the information and preferences needed for each booking.

- Share confirmations, updates, and follow-ups in a timely manner.
- Keep client communications and booking records well organized.

Qualifications

- Comfort using email, scheduling tools, and online systems.
