Role overview

Key responsibilities
- Reply to customer questions through chat in a prompt, polite, and professional way.
- Share clear and accurate details about the platform’s services and available job opportunities.
- Help users move around the platform and resolve issues they run into.
- Work to keep customer satisfaction high through strong communication and practical problem-solving.
- Coordinate with teammates to improve support workflows and service quality.
- Record complicated issues and pass them along to the right internal team when needed.
- Take part in training sessions to stay current on product knowledge and customer service standards.
