This position sits at the intersection of client service and data-led market research. You will work on quantitative consumer insights projects, uncover patterns in data, and translate them into clear recommendations that help clients make product and business decisions. Client management

  • Own assigned client projects from kickoff through delivery, ensuring the work supports the client’s business goals.

  • Spot issues early, resolve them where possible, and escalate them promptly to the project lead when needed.

  • Convert primary and secondary research into practical insights aligned to the client’s needs.
  • Prepare complete analysis and reporting in PowerPoint, including interpretation of multivariate data, conclusions, and recommendations.
  • Provide on-site research, administrative, and operational assistance to senior team members.
  • Take responsibility for the accuracy of analyses, charts, and reports for nominated clients, and perform thorough quality checks before delivery.
