Responsibilities

• Allocate sales staff to their daily duties.
• Approve merchandise returns when appropriate.
• Set and manage work schedules.
• Sell products as needed.
• Compile reports covering sales results, merchandising activity, and staff-related matters.
• Handle concerns such as customer requests, complaints, and inventory shortages.
• Keep inventory organized and up to date.
• Lead and coordinate the activities of team members.
• Handle cash operations.
• Supervise payroll processing.

Supervision

This role oversees a team of 3 to 4 employees.
