About the role

ZTS Electronics LLC in Dubai is seeking a Sales Associate to represent hoco., a globally known name in tech accessories, in a customer-facing retail setting. The company serves as the exclusive wholesale distributor of hoco. products across the Middle East and Africa and has been building its market presence since 2006. Its product range includes wireless audio devices, power banks, smart watches, mobile accessories, and car accessories designed for modern, tech-focused shoppers.

This position is well suited to someone who enjoys working directly with people, takes pride in being a trusted brand representative, and wants to develop professionally within an established regional distribution business.

What you'll do

• Welcome shoppers in the store and support them as an informed representative of the hoco. brand.
• Help customers understand the product lineup and choose items that fit their needs.
• Run the company’s social media presence from start to finish, including planning, creating, and publishing content such as videos to promote products and improve visibility.
• Reach out to clients proactively and follow up consistently to strengthen business relationships.
• Build long-term customer connections that encourage repeat purchases and loyalty.
• Keep up to date with new launches, promotions, and market developments so customers receive accurate and timely guidance.

What we're looking for

• Strong command of both Arabic and English, with excellent spoken and written communication skills.
• Practical experience handling business social media accounts and producing content, including short-form video.
• Good people skills and the ability to connect naturally with clients.
• A self-driven, proactive approach with a focus on results.
• Dependability, enthusiasm, and genuine interest in technology and customer service.
• Background in retail, sales, or social media is helpful, though attitude and commitment are the most important factors.
