Role overview
We are hiring a Sales & Logistics Coordinator for our Umm Al Quwain plant in the United Arab Emirates. This position plays an important link between the Sales and Operations teams, helping ensure orders are processed smoothly, production and dispatch are coordinated on time, and customers receive reliable support throughout the fulfilment cycle.

Key responsibilities
- Collect sales and work orders from the sales team and pass them to production for planning and scheduling of deliveries.
- Maintain and revise reports related to planned production and dispatch for all orders.
- Coordinate with the sales team, customers, freight forwarders, and customs clearance agents to manage deliveries within the UAE and internationally.
- Prepare shipping paperwork and any supporting certificates required for dispatch or export.
- Share periodic updates on production and delivery service levels.
- Compile measurement reports used to evaluate quality performance against ISO 9001 requirements.
- Support other departments whenever additional work or urgent tasks arise, including Sales, Purchase/Logistics, Operations/Production, and senior management.
- Prepare official company applications and documentation for Civil Defence and other government authorities.
- Create operational reports as needed, such as service trackers, planning control sheets, and monthly measurement identification sheets.
Requirements
- A university degree, with 1 to 3 years of experience, or a bachelor’s degree.
- Valid driving licence.
- Strong command of both Arabic and English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
