Salesforce Developer

Role overview

We are looking for a Salesforce Developer to design, build, and roll out Salesforce-based solutions that support changing business needs. In this role, you will work with teams across the organization to understand requirements, apply technical expertise, and deliver dependable, high-quality outcomes. Your contributions will help connect Salesforce with other enterprise tools, improve automation, and strengthen overall platform performance.

Work location and experience

This role is based in Surat, Gujarat, India, with a hybrid working setup. Candidates should bring 3 to 6 years of relevant Salesforce development experience.

Compensation

The compensation range for this position is 12 LPA to 15 LPA.

Core technical expertise

• Practical experience in Apex development, including triggers, queueable processing, and scheduled jobs.
• Strong command of SOQL, SOSL, and Salesforce data analysis or investigation techniques.
• Working knowledge of Salesforce REST, SOAP, and Bulk APIs.
• Experience using External IDs and building integrations with upsert logic.
• Ability to troubleshoot broken API integrations and failed data loads.
• Familiarity with the Salesforce data model, account hierarchies, parent-child relationships, and custom rollup logic.
• Comfortable using Data Loader, Workbench, Salesforce Inspector, and Postman.
• Experience reviewing debug logs, Apex jobs, and Flow-related errors.
• Exposure to VS Code, SFDX, Git, Change Sets, Copado, or Gearset for development and deployment work.

Preferred experience

• Experience integrating Salesforce with SAP, Power BI, ETL platforms, and data warehouse systems.
• Understanding of middleware tools and enterprise integration design.
• Background in large-scale CRM implementations.
• Salesforce Platform Developer certification is preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing, operations, or enterprise CRM settings is an advantage.

Qualifications

• 3 to 6 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related discipline.
• Strong practical experience in Salesforce development and enterprise systems integration.
• Proven ability to work with high-volume data and support production environments.
• Experience collaborating with enterprise business systems and operational workflows.
