Job Description

The primary function of this role is to prevent anything that could lead to loss, waste, damage, or inconvenience to the client or their customers. This involves adhering to site-specific training and assignment instructions, proactively reviewing and suggesting improvements to service levels. Responsibilities include monitoring CCTV systems where required, identifying and reporting Health & Safety hazards, staying vigilant to threats or changes in the work environment, and taking appropriate action to minimize disruption. The role also requires using common sense and initiative to involve others in potentially threatening situations and completing accurate, detailed notebook entries after any incident for the Incident Report process.

Qualifications

• Fluent English is essential.
• A minimum of 6 months of experience in a similar role is required.
• Excellent written communication and attention to detail skills are mandatory.
• Proficiency in PC skills is necessary.
• First Aid Training is required.
• Exceptional customer service skills and a professional telephone manner are essential.
• Must be fully flexible and available to work days, nights, and weekends.
• A valid PSA Licence is mandatory.
• Safe Pass certification is desirable.
• Own transportation is desirable.
• A full, clean driver's license is required.
