What You Will Do

The Senior Strategic Program Coordinator will support the Executive Director’s office and the broader Operations function through structured coordination, reporting, and operational assistance. Administration and Operational Support

  • Assist with preparing meetings, tracking actions, and following up on items discussed in leadership meetings.
  • Keep core operational records, trackers, and reference documents well organised and up to date.
  • Help coordinate schedules, travel arrangements, and event preparation when needed.
  • Make sure action items and follow-ups are recorded clearly and moved forward.

Dashboards and Analytics

  • Create, update, and manage dashboards that monitor activity across important functions.
