About Notion

Notion is an AI-powered collaborative workspace designed to bring knowledge, projects, meetings, and smart tools into a single environment. It helps individuals, small teams, and large organizations work with more clarity and less friction. The company focuses on craftsmanship, durable product quality, and the idea that strong work remains deeply human, even in the AI era.

Notion’s team members use the product themselves and are expected to help shape the future of work by building systems that support customer success, automation, and meaningful time savings.

The company places a strong value on working together in person. Employees are expected in the office on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays, which are the designated anchor days. Some teams or roles may require more days onsite.

Role Overview

The Startup Program & Experience Lead is responsible for shaping the startup journey through onboarding and trial, helping startup customers adopt Notion successfully, find value early, and stay engaged over time.

  • Contribute to the Startups 2.0 operating model by helping create an automated scorecard that identifies top startups for a higher-touch experience.

  • Experience building repeatable operational processes or customer programs.
