Store Manager

About the Role

Asteri Beauty, a B Corp certified company, is seeking a dedicated Store Manager to oversee operations in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time, onsite position requires a proactive leader committed to delivering an exceptional customer experience and driving sales performance. You will be responsible for managing store operations, leading and coaching the sales team, and ensuring inventory accuracy, all while adhering to brand vision and local regulations.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and develop a high-performing team focused on delivering outstanding customer experiences.
• Manage all store operations to achieve sales targets and key performance indicators, aligning with the company's vision.
• Analyze sales performance, generating reports and insights to optimize stock potential.
• Coach the sales team regularly to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.
• Actively participate on the sales floor, demonstrating strong sales leadership.
• Maintain optimal staffing levels to guarantee consistent, high-quality customer service, including creating schedules and ensuring adequate shift coverage.
• Plan for seasonal peaks and promotional activities in sales forecasts and staff rotas.
• Collaborate with regional management on marketing strategies and in-store events.
• Oversee store inventory and stock levels, ensuring compliance with operational guidelines.
• Ensure operational excellence by implementing training initiatives for frontline staff, in line with regional culture and local legislation.

The Candidate

The ideal candidate will possess:

• Demonstrated retail management experience, specifically within the GCC beauty industry.
• Substantial experience in meeting customer and sales service targets and key performance indicators.
• Proficiency in retail operations, including inventory management, facilities oversight, and cash reconciliation.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, coupled with strong business acumen.
• Fluency in both English and Arabic is essential.
