Store Manager – Retail

Role Overview

An experienced Store Manager is needed to oversee operations for a premium footwear retail location in Dubai. The role focuses on improving sales performance, maintaining a refined customer experience, and keeping daily store activities running efficiently.

What You’ll Do

• Oversee the store’s everyday operations and make sure the business runs smoothly.
• Work toward sales goals, support revenue growth, and improve overall store profitability.
• Guide, mentor, and build the capability of the store team.
• Keep customer service standards consistently high and ensure visual displays meet brand expectations.
• Track inventory levels, manage stock movement, and help prevent losses.
• Follow company policies and standard operating procedures at all times.

Experience and Profile

• You should bring 4–6 years of retail experience, including at least 2 years in a Store Manager role.
• Background in international retail, fashion, footwear, lifestyle, or premium brands is required.
• Strong people leadership, team supervision, and commercial awareness are important for success in this role.
• A demonstrated history of meeting sales targets and managing store KPIs is expected.
• Excellent communication skills and a strong customer-first approach are essential.
• European nationals are preferred.
• Experience with brands similar to premium footwear, fashion, lifestyle, or apparel retailers will be especially valuable.
