Role overview
This position is based in Dubai and focuses on supervising day-to-day operational support activities, coordinating staffing, and keeping service delivery aligned with SOPs, customer expectations, and business goals.
Key duties
- Organize staffing needs and ensure the operation has the right support in place while following standard procedures.
- Coordinate annual leave planning, work with the relevant teams on related tasks, and identify manpower gaps with practical backup solutions for urgent needs.
- Support the operations function with manpower planning, scheduling, and related administrative coordination.
- Act as the main contact for issues involving quality, customer service, site incidents, accidents, or deployment-related concerns at client facilities.
- Monitor business operations closely to help meet customer expectations and company objectives.
- Work with vendors and suppliers to arrange and process the required passes.
- Gather, check, and submit timesheets to the relevant department on time.
- Maintain effective communication with team members, the operations team, and clients for daily and weekly reporting.
- Coordinate between customers and management to support smooth service delivery.
- Assist with project activity by assigning tasks, tracking progress, and helping resolve issues.
- Manage relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Plan project timelines by identifying tasks and scheduling work at the right time.
- Prepare and validate time and attendance records as well as monthly inter-department reports.
- Draft and maintain operational documents and reports.
- Prepare the monthly review of staffing contracts.
