About the internship
This internship is centered on hands-on supply chain operations support in an office environment. You will work with inventory systems, supplier coordination, procurement tracking, and reporting while contributing to day-to-day operational efficiency.
What you will do
- Keep stock records accurate by using Zoho Inventory to track inventory levels and movement.
- Work with supply chain data in MS Excel at an advanced level to organize, analyze, and report information.
- Coordinate with vendors and logistics partners so procurement and deliveries happen on time.
- Assist in maintaining vendor relationships through follow-ups, documentation, and performance monitoring.
- Support the handling of purchase orders, invoices, and delivery timelines using Zoho tools and internal systems.
- Use task-management tools to monitor daily assignments, priorities, and deadlines.
- Spot inefficiencies in existing supply chain processes and suggest practical improvements.
- Maintain organized records of supply chain activity and share weekly progress updates.
