Talent Acquisition Consultant

Role overview

Eaton is seeking a Talent Acquisition Consultant to support recruiting activity across the EMEA region. This is a short-term engagement lasting three to six months, focused on sourcing, assessing, and moving candidates through the hiring process in line with Eaton’s leadership model.

What you will do

• Partner with HR teams and hiring managers on current vacancies as well as longer-term hiring needs.
• Use recruiting and assessment tools to identify, screen, and evaluate suitable candidates.
• Run extensive online and database searches to build candidate pipelines for immediate openings and future projects.
• Apply proactive cold-recruiting techniques to attract passive candidates.
• Conduct phone interviews and reach out to prospects through research, cold calling, and targeted outreach plans.
• Keep the hiring workflow accurately updated in the system from start to finish.
• Support both internal and external stakeholders with a strong customer-service approach.
• Promote the staffing model across the organization at different levels.
• Handle unusual or sensitive situations with sound judgment and understanding of the business.
• Manage third-party vendors as the primary point of contact to ensure hiring procedures are followed and relationships remain strong.
• Track and help drive key hiring metrics.

Experience and working style

Candidates should bring recruitment and headhunting experience, be able to start immediately, and work well in a fast-paced setting with tight deadlines. The role also calls for discretion when handling confidential information, a collaborative mindset, and strong problem-solving skills. Experience with an ATS will be an added advantage.
