About RevStar
RevStar is an AI-first, full-service innovation firm and an AWS Advanced Tier Partner, focused on delivering cloud-native, data, and AI solutions that drive meaningful business results. In this role, you will help the company expand its team, improve hiring operations, and support a strong culture during a period of rapid growth.
Role Overview
As the Technical Recruiter, you will oversee hiring from start to finish across multiple practices. You will turn hiring needs into strong candidate pipelines, manage recruitment activity across RevStar’s core hubs in Florida, Texas, and Arizona, and keep the process organized and scalable. This position is well suited to someone who enjoys building quickly, working with urgency, and making a measurable contribution.
Core Values
- Self-Mastery: The company expects strong standards in thinking, communication, and continuous improvement.
- Ownership: The focus is on taking responsibility for outcomes, not simply activity.
- Shared Destiny: Success is collective, and the team wins or loses together.
Responsibilities
- Handle the full hiring cycle, including posting roles, reviewing resumes, and coordinating interviews.
- Drive outbound sourcing through LinkedIn, GitHub, and other technical channels to reach passive candidates.
- Support a high hiring pace, currently averaging 3 hires per week, with expectations to scale toward double that pace as expansion continues.
- Build durable talent pipelines for priority technical and commercial roles such as Data & AI Engineers, Full Stack Developers, Product Managers, Solutions Architects, and Account Executives.
- Represent the company at industry events, tech meetups, and career fairs to strengthen employer visibility.
- Serve as the main contact for candidates and ensure a smooth, professional interview experience.
- Source for Data & AI roles with AWS experience, including familiarity with tools such as Bedrock and SageMaker, as well as AWS co-sell and channel partnership environments.
- Recruit Full Stack Mobile/Web Developers using JavaScript or TypeScript, along with Product Managers who have experience in growth, upsells, and renewals.
- Focus primarily on US-based talent in Florida, Texas, and Arizona.
- Work closely with executive leadership, the Director of HR, and practice leads to define requirements, create Ideal Candidate Profiles, and meet hiring deadlines.
- Use hiring data and funnel metrics to improve speed and quality throughout the recruitment process.
- Work with tools including Workable, LinkedIn Recruiter Lite, and Dripify, while also exploring new efficient recruiting tools within budget.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with significant exposure to technical and product hiring in consulting or professional services.
- Proven ability to manage a large number of open requisitions and consistently deliver 5+ hires per week.
- Experience hiring across multiple technical stacks, including AWS-native Data & AI roles and JavaScript-based full-stack web/mobile roles.
- Strong sourcing capability using platforms such as LinkedIn, GitHub, and Apollo, along with hands-on ATS experience, especially Workable.
- Comfort handling the operational side of recruiting, including scorecards and offer letters.
- Preferred experience with tech talent markets in Canada, South America, and EMEA.
- Interest in AI-supported recruiting workflows and efficient execution methods.
Benefits
- Paid time off to help maintain balance and recharge.
- Remote-first work setup with the ability to collaborate from anywhere.
- Health coverage that includes medical, dental, and vision.
- Access to a company-sponsored 401(k) retirement plan.
- Annual learning and development stipend for courses, certifications, or conferences.
- Peer mentorship and coaching from experienced engineers, product managers, and architects.
- Opportunities for professional growth through exposure to AWS GenAI, data, and cloud work across different industries.
- Company outings and volunteer activities that support team connection and community involvement.
- A collaborative and innovative culture that values curiosity and initiative.
