About the Role

This permanent Territory Development Representative role is part of the field sales function and is focused on phone-based selling and lead development. The position supports remote and regional customers across Queensland, New South Wales, and New Zealand. The working arrangement is one day per week in the Wacol, QLD office and four days working from home, with full remote work possible for the right candidate.

What You Will Do

  • Reach out proactively by phone to current and potential customers to present products and ongoing offers.
  • Handle customer questions and turn interest into qualified sales opportunities.
  • Keep CRM records accurate and up to date, including customer details and sales activity.
  • Work toward or surpass monthly sales goals and performance targets.
  • Assist the field sales team by qualifying end-user leads and making sure follow-up actions happen.
  • Develop strong customer connections through clear, professional, and proactive communication.
