Translator (Remote)

Role overview

This is a remote, part-time contract opportunity for language professionals who can support the training and assessment of AI language models. The work can be done entirely from home, with flexible scheduling so you can choose hours that suit you.

Compensation

Pay is capped at $29 USD per hour and is issued weekly.

Key responsibilities

• Review AI-generated writing for correctness, fluency, and overall language quality.
• Create brief prompts and sample responses that help improve model training.
• Compare different AI outputs and rank them using defined evaluation standards.
• Share written feedback on language accuracy and quality.

Ideal background

This role is a good match for people who work professionally with language, such as translators, writers, teachers, tutors, linguists, editors, annotators, or other language specialists.

Requirements

• Strong fluency in both your target language and English.
• A bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in a humanities, language, or writing-focused discipline.
• Professional exposure to language work such as writing, teaching, translating, editing, annotating, or related activities.
• Careful attention to detail and the ability to follow structured evaluation instructions.
• Experience or familiarity with linguistics, academic writing, data annotation, or AI content review is considered an advantage.

Working arrangement

This is a fully remote role, available from anywhere, with flexible hours and part-time contract terms.
