Job Overview

The organization is looking for a US Technical Recruiter for its Greater Noida location. This role requires 1 to 4 years of experience in US staffing and technical recruitment. The recruiter will focus on sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates for light industrial and engineering-related roles for US-based clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle recruitment for light industrial, light industry, and engineering positions for US clients.
• Find suitable candidates using job boards, Boolean search techniques, and internal or external databases.
• Evaluate applicants, conduct screening, and narrow down the best-fit profiles.
• Arrange interviews and maintain communication with candidates as well as hiring managers.
• Keep the talent pipeline organized and update recruitment tracking tools regularly.

Requirements

• Between 1 and 3 years of experience in US staffing or technical recruitment.
• Previous exposure to W2 and direct client hiring is preferred.
• Ability to source and assess candidates effectively.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to work in EST or PST shifts.

Additional Information

Location: Greater Noida, India. Experience required: 1-4 years. The compensation offered is INR 4,50,000 to 6,50,000 per year.
