Role Overview

This is a full-time, on-site position at the Printing Solutions facility in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. The UV/DTF Machine Operator is responsible for preparing, running, and monitoring UV and DTF printing equipment so that every job matches the required specifications and quality expectations.

Key Duties

The role covers equipment setup, material preparation, file readiness, test printing, machine adjustments, and ongoing inspection of output for color consistency, alignment, and printing defects. The operator will also carry out routine cleaning, basic servicing, and troubleshooting to reduce stoppages and keep equipment performing smoothly. In addition, the job includes maintaining a tidy workspace, recording production details, observing safety practices, and coordinating closely with production colleagues and supervisors.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Solid hands-on ability in operating printing machinery, including setup, calibration, and safe handling of UV and DTF equipment.
• Strong eye for quality, with the ability to spot imperfections and make accurate corrections.
• Practical experience using hand tools and machinery for regular upkeep, minor fixes, and adjustments.
• Clear communication skills to work with teammates, report problems, and follow instructions accurately.
• Prior exposure to printing, manufacturing, or another production-based environment is an added advantage.
• Good technical or mechanical understanding and the ability to quickly pick up new machines and workflows.
• Capability to stand for long periods, manage materials safely, and comply with workplace safety and PPE rules.
• High school completion or an equivalent qualification; vocational or technical training in printing or machine operation is beneficial.
