Role Overview

In this position, you will shape user experiences and interface designs for web and mobile products. The role involves close coordination with cross-functional teams, research-driven design decisions, and continuous refinement of the product experience.

Responsibilities

• Create clean, intuitive, and engaging interface designs and prototypes for web and mobile applications.
• Work with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to align designs with user expectations and company goals.
• Carry out user research and usability tests to collect feedback and confirm design choices.
• Build wireframes, storyboards, user journeys, process flows, and site maps to present interaction ideas clearly.
• Develop and update design systems and style guides so the visual experience stays consistent across products.
• Keep track of current UX/UI methods, tools, trends, and best practices.
• Refine designs based on input from users and internal teams to enhance usability and overall experience.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s qualification in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a similar discipline.
• Demonstrated experience working as a UX/UI Designer, supported by a strong portfolio of design work.
• Hands-on ability with design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or comparable software.
• Solid grasp of user-centered design principles and industry best practices.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
• Comfort working in a fast-moving environment while handling several projects at the same time.
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS and JavaScript will be considered an advantage.
