Role overview
Instalogic Marketing is a fast-growing, full-service marketing agency based in Calgary, Alberta. The team is looking for a creative professional who can develop strong visual solutions using solid graphic design expertise. This role suits someone who enjoys testing new ideas, adapts easily to changing client needs, and is comfortable handling both visual design and website/UI work. A genuine passion for the design process is essential, as the company prefers people seeking long-term careers rather than short-term roles.
The selected candidate will work on the visual output for a range of brands and projects, contributing to both digital and print production in a varied, fast-moving environment.
Location
Calgary, AB is required.

Responsibilities
- Create polished, engaging visuals for a broad mix of media and deliverables, including advertisements, websites, brochures, logos, corporate identity materials, posters, newsletters, internal communication pieces, and related assets.
- Develop artwork and web page layouts in a high-pressure, fast-paced setting while switching between multiple clients and projects.
- Produce website layout concepts and design work.
- Work closely with teammates and relevant stakeholders throughout projects.
Ideal candidate profile
- Has formal training in graphic design.
- Brings at least 1 year of design experience.
- Demonstrates a positive, professional, and collaborative attitude with strong attention to detail and quality.
- Is highly proficient with standard creative tools, especially Adobe Creative Cloud applications such as Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop.
- Can perform well under tight deadlines.
- Understands production workflows, pre-press, print processes, and web technologies.
- Has strong planning and organizational abilities.
- Is comfortable working both as part of a team and independently.
