Job Overview

Kure Creative is seeking a talented and versatile Videographer & Editor to join our expanding team in Boston, MA. This role is ideal for a creative professional who excels in both capturing high-quality footage and delivering polished final edits. You will be instrumental in producing impactful content for a diverse clientele across sectors such as real estate, hospitality, finance, luxury retail, construction, and professional services, reaching a substantial audience monthly. The position offers the chance to work on high-profile projects, with potential travel to various cities like Miami, Philadelphia, and New York.

What You'll Do

• Spearhead video production for client assignments, from initial concept to final delivery.
• Record high-caliber photographic and video assets.
• Craft engaging edits for social media, brand narratives, commercials, and client campaigns.
• Operate drones, with FAA Part 107 certification being a significant advantage.
• Engage in collaborative efforts with our internal creative and account management departments.
• Contribute innovative ideas and actively participate in shaping project trajectories.
• Oversee the entire project lifecycle, ensuring seamless production and timely completion.

What We're Looking For

• Demonstrated expertise in videography and video editing techniques.
• Advanced proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Solid understanding and practical experience with camera, lighting, and audio equipment.
• A keen grasp of social media content trends and effective storytelling methods.
• Professional demeanor and confidence when interacting with clients.
• Exceptional organizational skills, reliability, and a proactive approach to work.
• FAA Part 107 certification is highly desirable.
• Prior photography experience is considered a valuable asset.

Compensation & Benefits

• Annual salary ranging from $75,000 to $95,000, commensurate with experience.
