Overview

Texas Tissue Converting in Conroe, Texas is hiring a full-time Warehouse / Logistics Manager for an on-site role within its expanding manufacturing operation. This position is responsible for keeping warehouse activity organized, maintaining inventory control, and coordinating shipping, receiving, and transportation functions.

Key Responsibilities

Run the day-to-day warehouse and logistics workflow.
Manage shipping and receiving activities, inventory precision, and the movement of materials.
Arrange transportation timelines and maintain relationships with carriers.
Guide, train, and support warehouse employees to uphold safety, speed, and operational quality.
Track inventory and assist with cycle counts and audit processes.
Make sure warehouse practices and safety requirements are followed.
Look for ways to improve processes, lower expenses, and raise efficiency.
Work closely with production, supply chain, and customer service teams.

Qualifications

At least 3 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or supply chain management.
Proven ability to lead teams, stay organized, and solve problems effectively.
Hands-on experience with inventory control and ERP software.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, with strong Excel skills.
Background in manufacturing or converting is an added advantage.
